Dr. Emily A. Coles, Optometrist

| Dr. Emily Coles is a new Associate to our practice. She graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry in 2008, and is the daughter of Dr. & Mrs. Fred Guenther of Big Rapids. Having grown up here, Dr. Coles is thrilled to be able to care for the residents of our community. Specializing in contact lenses and young children's exams, Dr. Coles also specializes in diagnosis of diseases of the eye. |

SUE is a Certified Para-Optometric (CPO) optician who started working with this practice as a high school work-study student. At that time, the practice was owned by Dr. Bob Brown. She quips she has been fully depreciated as she's been around longer than any of us, and most of the equipment. The truth is that her knowledge, experience, and patient care skills are fully "appreciated" by our doctors, staff, and long-time patients!

DIANE is the Office Manager and has been with the office since 2008. Her background has been in health care where she was also an office manager. She brings management and organizational skills, billing knowledge, and great communication to our office.

|
|
|
MARY is the practice's Business Administrator and has been with OABR since 1993. She is a Certified Para-optometric (CPO), and a volunteer tutor with RSVP. The majority of Mary's work experience has been in the health care field. Mary is also the treatment coordinator for patients interested in Laser Vision Correction and can answer most questions regarding LASIK.

KRISTIN is our insurance biller and part-time receptionist. She has previous experience in an optometric office.
